  2. How am I protected against identity theft?
    Answer: Fidelity Research & Recovery does not require our clients to divulge any confidential information such as Social Security Numbers and Bank Account Numbers.


  3. How do I initiate Fidelity Research & Recovery to start working in my behalf?
    Answer: If you have received a correspondence form from Fidelity Research & Recovery, sign and return the enclosed Agency Agreement via fax, email or the US Postal Service.


  4. What will this cost me?
    Answer: Fidelity Recovery & Research, LLC works strictly on a contingency basis.
